In winter we should use as many spices as possible- mostly fresh garlic and ginger root. Spices fasten imunity and protect from viruses. Hot pepper stimulates circulation and makes you feel warm.
Considering food in winter is (at least in my kitchen) monotonous, adding spices will improve not only flavour but also your body imune system.
In case you get ill, try chinese plant, called Andrographis paniculata. Experts claim this plant is the most efficient natural medicine against cold on our planet. It can be found in pharmacies as an extract or as one of ingredients. |
