This exercise activates muscles of behind and thighs.
Stand bent in knees, in the width of your hips. Gently bend over. Put your arms in position above your chest, bend arms in elbows. Rise your right knee to the height of hips, simultaneously go with your left elbow towards your right knee. Return your right leg on the floor- let your feet be little behind you.
Then lift your right leg again up the height of hips and approach left elbow.
You have to do this move very quickly- imagine fire burning under right foot
Do that move with right foot 20 times and then do the same with left foot (and right elbow). |
