Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
Watch for Portion Size
Do not Skip Meals
Go for wholesome fresh foods
Don't be overly-restrictive
Understand Food Claims and Labels
Watch for the sugary drinks
Keep a food journal
Exercise, period
But each one has it's method .All roads to Roman

| If you need to lose weight, choose a well balanced diet food such as Weight Watchers, rather than a fad diet.Use low-fat milk-dairy products in eating. Eat a diet food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.Mostly eat fruits and vegetables that are currently available in-season.You can do Daily physical activity that achieves fitness and balances energy expenditure with calorie intake. |

# Set realistic goals. You can lose 50 pounds in a week if you work out 12 hours a day and eat nothing but celery – but not if you’re human. Slow and steady wins the race. Don’t bite off more than you can chew – literally. Make small goals on your way to the bigger goal(s). In the end, you’ll have achieved more (and more frequently, might I add).
# Avoid trans fats and high fructose corn syrup. I offer this suggestion for a few reasons. First, they’re not good for you anyway. Second, you’ll eliminate a lot of the “bad foods” outright – no questions asked. You’ll have to become more selective in what you eat by avoiding these two nasty ingredients – which are in more foods than you probably care to know.
# Don’t always listen to your mate. I’ve already suggested that you tell your family – but sometimes members of your family will try to dissuade you from trying to lose weight. It’s simple: they might not want you to succeed where they may have already failed, whether consciously or inadvertently. Your loss is not always their gain. Watch out for statements like: “You’ve lost enough weight.” or “I like you just the way you are.” Fact of the matter is, if YOU don’t like the way that YOU are – then YOU are going to have to do something about it, no matter what anybody says. They still love you, though (in theory).
# Don’t compare yourself to others. Every body is different. It stands to reason that everybody will lose weight differently. Even if you do the exact same things that I do, you won’t lose weight at the same rate. The key is in finding your triggers. Keep your goal in sight, and do whatever you have to do to meet that goal. When you start looking at someone else’s habits, you’re only going to become discouraged and quit without even realizing that it’s physically impossible to be anybody but yourself.

| Its really good information.It is really good thing to loss weight walks, dancing, swimming, cycling, tennis, gardening, martial arts.Actually exercise is best way to reduce calorie You also need to drink 8 glass water daily.You need eat less fat, less sugar, less quantities from all. |

| That's right, there are many other things that will work as a very method to have some good measures to loose weight. I think that this will without a doubt be a very good thing but the motivation is something that is of the utmost importance during the whole process. |

But if you want to ignore the alarm in the morning to remind you to get up and do the exercise, then forget completely. Eat more fiber and vegetables.

| To lose weight. This is a scientific fact, if you take less calories than you put out, you have to lose weight. It will not come to the bar ... it does not have any fast. One pound off. Do not fall into the trap of setting goals is unrealistic and doomed to failure. |
