Uneven nail surface may be a sign of nail aging, disease or just heredity fact. Mostly rough surface emerges as consequence of nail base damage. Only time is solution in that kinds of situations- you need few months so your nails grows back naturally.
Nail files can damage nails and it is better to use non metal, though that one can also damage nail is not being used gently. |
