Boil it with 1.5 liter of water. Then put it through a sieve, and drink the water. Drink it 3 times daily, in the morning, afternoon, and in the evening. Repeat until the desired results are achieved. |

Hey, I heard herbs help, thus Kristins advice may be valuable.
You tried some pills? My friend has constant problems with gastritis, and she had to quit coffee and some food...
She was also quite often on these pills (Rupurut) she said they relieve the "burning feeling"... however when she had an "attack", pills didn't help... |
