| Anyone knows what is the white stuff around girls eyes on tv and magazines? Like those in the bonnebelle adds? I think it appears eyes look bigger… I would just like to know what is it. |

| Yes, I know what you mean- it brighten eyes beautifully. We are talking about white or shinny eyeliner. The trick is to apply that eyeliner first and then mascara- if you apply mascara first, you risk smearing mascara, besides white eyeliner is too obvious.- you sort of soften white eyeliner. |

Yes agree about brightening eyes and opening look!
You can find it in almost every department store. I use Maybelline Smoked Kohl Liner- it looks grey, but when you apply it, it is shinny, pearly white. |
