| There are numerous products designed to make our hair smoother, shinier and softer. Is it simply enough to apply them every once in a while? Are there some simple steps that we could follow on a day-to-day basis to keep our hair in shape and looking nice? Whats your hair care routine? |

Although treating your hair with some expensive hair care products will do it no harm, not everyone can afford such luxury. The good news is that good hair care routine does not require a large portion of your budget, but it will still make your hair happy.
A good start would be finding a shampoo and a conditioner that are right for your hair type and washing your hair regularly. I find that my hair feels healthiest when I wash it 2-3 times a week. If you want to give your hair that extra shine, try rinsing it in cold water containing just a few drops of lemon juice. This simple addition to your hair care routine can make all the difference.
Also, keep in mind that our hair is fragile when wet. Brushing it when it is soaking can easily damage it, so I leave my brush aside until it is at least three quarters dry. In addition to that, it is far better to dab it gently with a towel, instead of rubbing it.
Finally, one of the essential rules to a good hair care is finding your perfect hairdresser. Do not be afraid to visit them every six weeks or so. Not only does trimming your hair regularly make it look good, but it also adds to its overall health. Besides, what could be a better treat to your hair than to let a professional work their magic on it? |

Drink lotsa of water to keep your skin and hair hydrated. If your hair is dry, try a conditioning shampoo and a leave-on conditioner.
If you live in a super cold country, try to protect your hair from cold wind by wearing a hat.
If you use a lot of product, make sure you rinse your hair and clean all the product debris out of your hair. |

Make sure you use sprays and other chemicals in minimal amounts...
Cut split hair on regular basis... Wash out good whatever you put on your hair...
Most of all make it simple! |

| I wash my hair only when it gets dirty. I apply homemade masks on a weekly basis. I don't like to use artificial masks. |

| Brushing your hair again at night will help you to untangle any knots that made their way into your locks during the day. |

Mine ranges from super lazy to moderately involved, but it’s usually somewhere in between.
Typically, I wash my hair every other day with shampoo/conditioner (clarifying shampoo once a week). It takes me about 10-15 minutes to blow dry it, and if I do, I usually make sure to use a thermal protectant spray, volumizing spray, and finish with an anti-frizz or shine spray. On lazy days, I pull it into a ponytail, and I might put on a headband to make it look less boring–especially if I don’t feel washing and try to squeeze in an extra day between washings (and that’s where dry shampoo comes in). |

I came across Badedas 3 in 1 at Sainsburys. Trouble is it says it is a shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all in one. I am a bit concerned that you cannot have all that as one sort of counters the other. I adore Badedas in my bath. It is the only thing I will leave my shower for, just to lie back in its delicious suds. MMMmmmmm.
Has anybody else used this 3 in 1 and what was it like? |
