so, i was wondering if you could help me answer which fruits are fattening and which are least?

Heh , i guess you aren't expecting this, but no fruit is fattening. All fruits contain very low amounts of fat (except avocado). However, there are fruits that have more calories, but this not fat we are talking about. For loosing weight- you need low calorie intake.
First of all, all fruits are ok- not because some have more or less calories but because they contain vitamins and minerals.
Fruits that do not contain many calories are mainly those that contain plenty water- oranges, grapefruits, barries and similar. Bananas are not fattening, but one banana does contain more calories than orange for example. On the other hand, if you are trying to loose weight, avoid dried fruit- usually they are high in calories and often even in fat! This is because of the process, which is used to make dry fruits. |
