Could someone write some tips how to get the !?Smokey Eyes?!
How is best to apply eye makeup from lid to brow or from brow to lid? Do u apply with fingers?
I read somewhere it is better to apply eye makeup first, and then foundation- is this true?

Applying eye makeup before foundation is recommendable for those with less experienced hand, because it is easier to clean any fallen shadow without messing up the entire makeup. Anyway, people with experience in makeup applying will always apply foundation first and then eye makeup/ lip makeup.
I think it is much easier to apply makeup for !?Smokey Eyes?! or any other eye makeup from lid to brow.
I apply sheer nude color all over the eye, as I said, start from lid and continue to brow.
Next step is applying dark brown or plum eyeshadow at the lid and very gently and in thin, almost invisible layer at the brow. I prefer applying with fingers, because I smear this way easier.
Next step is eyeliner. Applying eyeliner is not crucial, and depends on the shape of your eyes. so, if you normally use one, use it also this time/ best color is dark brown or plum, and best is to use pencil. Want to create more glamorous eye, line the inner rim of your eye as well. Of course, do consider the shape of your eyes when applying eyeliner.
And the last step is mascara. Black color is best, but if you have pale skin, blue eyes, … it is better to use dark brown, because black just seems unnatural on people with fair skin.
That’s it! Experiment a little at home, and eventually you’ll make it!
Good luck!
