Hey guys,
I am new here. I was looking to inform about my question, but I couldn't find it.
I am working in fitness from beginning of december. I always do the same exercise, so here is my question: should I change my exercise or is it ok to stay the same? |

you should change your exercise. i mean... not completly change exercise and do other types of exercise, but you should change the regime you are doing: change number of repeat, change intensity, for example heavier weights, add another training into your weekly routine, prolonge 10 more minutes on bike or stepper, add another exercise...
if you do not change exercise and they are always the same it is very possible you'll end up on positive null. For best results you should change your results at least once a month.
