Eye cream
Preparation: Slowly warm base cream on low heat. Remove from fire and add 2 drops of chosen essential oil. For mature skin we recommend jasmine essential oil.
Appliance: Apply cream around eyes. Apply the rest of the cream on face with a brush. Begin on forehead, with long moves continue on nose, cheeks and chin. Than lie down and rest 10 to 15 minutes. After that use dry towel and press it on your face. Leave it that way around 5 minutes, in order to absorb oil from skin. Rinse mask with lukewarm water and dry your face by tapping it with clean towel. End treatment with light hydrating cream.
Cream for cold weather
This relaxing mask will give your skin all moisture, necessary in cold and windy weather.
Ingredients: 1 drop lavender essential oil 1 drop chamomile essential oil 2 drops sandalwood essential oil 2 teaspoons honey
Preparation: Mix all ingredients.
Appliance: Apply mask on face, avoiding eye area. Leave it work around 15 minutes and then rise with warm water and tap dry with towel. Afterwards apply hydrating cream.
Oil remover
If you have oily face, you must try this mask! Both geranium and sandalwood essential oils balance sebaceous glands secretion, while lemon essential oil closes pores.
Ingredients: 2 drops lemon essential oil 1 drop geranium essential oil 1 drop sandalwood essential oil 2 teaspoons yogurt
Preparation: Mix oils first and than add yogurt.
Appliance: Apply mask on face, avoiding area around eyes. Leave 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water and tap dry with towel. Afterwards apply hydrating cream.
If you want to make peeling, add oatmeal in yogurt and then essential oils and then massage your face.
Mask for skin soothing
This mask reduces skin redness. Its base is aloe, mixed with sage and comfrey.
Ingredients: 4 teaspoon aloe 2 teaspoons sage leaves 2 teaspoon comfrey leaves
Preparation: Put aloe gel in refrigerator for 15 minutes before mixing with tea. Prepare tea: put herbs in bowl and add enough boiling water just to cover herbs. After 2 hours filtrate and pour into cold gel. Mix until achieving even mixture.
Appliance: Apply on face and rinse with warm water after 30 minutes. Tap dry with towel.
If you have problems with skin redness, add 1 drop of tea tree essential oil.
Honey mask
Ingredients: ¼ yogurt ½ oatmeal flour 2 spoons honey
Mix yogurt and honey and then add flour. Mix until mass becomes homogeneous. Apply on face. After 15 minutes rinse with warm water. Use on daily basis.
Blueberry tonic
This tonic must be used immediately!
Ingredients: 3 spoon scaled and mashed blueberries ½ cup yogurt or sour cream
Blend ingredients in mixer until achieving homogeneous mass. Apply on face and neck, and after 15 minutes rinse with lukewarm water. If mixture is too liquid and cannot be applied on face, put it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Basil tonic against acne
Ingredients: 2 spoons dry basil leaves 1 cup boiling water
Cover dry basil leaves with water for 10 to 20 minutes. Cool and apply tonic with cotton on face. If you store this tonic in refrigerator, you can keep it up to 3 months.
Frozen eggs and honey mask
This mask is recommendable for dry skin.
Ingredients: 1 egg ½ cup warm coconut oil 1 spoon honey
First step: Beat egg and while mixing slowly add coconut oil and honey. Second step: Use cardboard from toilet paper and fill it with mixture. Place in freezer. Leave overnight Third step: Cut a piece of cardboard and massage your face with mixture. Leave it work for 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Return remaining mask in freezer and use it next time again.
Grapefruit and parsley mask
Ingredients: 3 spoons finely ground oats 2 spoons finely chopped parsley half grapefruit olive or sunflower oil
Mix oats and parsley. Add grapefruit juice and mix until achieving homogeneous mass. Leave it stand for 5 minutes. Apply mixture on face and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and apply tonic.
Gentle face cleanser
This is a recipe for simple and beneficial face cleansing with version of home soap.
Ingredients: ¼ cup honey one spoon of liquid soap ½ cup glycerin
Mix ingredients, apply on clean cotton or some other soft fiber and gently massage your skin. Rinse with warm water.
Quick treatment with cucumber and parsley
This mask is a perfect relax before sleep.
Ingredients: 1 spoon yogurt 1 spoon cucumber 1 spoon parsley
Grind cucumber and parsley, add yogurt. Mix and apply on face. This mask rejuvenates and softens skin. For best results leave on face 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with water. Always prepare fresh mask!
