Man and SeaHimalayan crystal salt origins from times when there was no environmental pollution- there is no food today that could be purer than Himalayan salt is. Himalayan salt keeps all information from ancient sea: in sea water are namely found all almost all substances and elements that created base for life that was created 4 milliards years ago.
Human body structure is similar to the structure of the planet Earth: our bodies contain more than 70% water, and the same is with the structure of planet Earth- more than 70% of planet compiles water. For that reason human bodies need dissolved minerals and different micro-elements, and human cells feel best in environment, similar to sea water.
Creation of salt blocksBiggest salt blocks emerged 250 – 330 millions years ago. At that time there was no planet Earth as we know it today; one big super-continent existed and it was called Pangea or Pangaea. That was the era of Paleozoic and Mesozoic, the era before the process of plate tectonics separated. Eventually plate tectonics separated, and Pangea was separated into current continent configuration. In some parts the ancient sea, also known as Panthalassa ocean, was practically trapped into some land areas. Under climate influence ancient ocean started to evaporate slowly and layers of dry salt were created. This is not all- as the continents moved layers of dried salt were moved to always-deeper regions of our planet. A part of this salt was also moved beneath Himalayas, where under pressure and high compression crystal salt was and still is formed. This salt is under influence of pressure more compact than usual.
Under this considerable pressure, the 88 out of 94 possible elements are brought into specific tiny particle size (colloidal size). This is important because our cells can only absorb what is available organically or ionic-colloidal. This ensures that the essential elements can be readily absorbed and metabolized.
Himalayan crystal salt has perfect crystalline structure, it has never been exposed to the pollutants and is the purest foods today.
Salt productionAll industrial salt procedures have one thing in common: natural salt is being diluted in water and then from sole, salt is being crystallized again. All impurities, also manganese and magnesium, which make salt yellowish and austere are excluded from kitchen salt that way.
Refined kitchen slat contains up to 99, 9% Natrium chloride (NaCl). Consequently, all following elements, minerals, and all useful information that our bodies need, are being taken away.
Himalayan salt is on the other hand carefully harvested by hand, without explosives and other heavy machinery, it is produced by so called ‘dry method’ (hand washed, sun dried and prepared), which is the exact reason Himalayan crystal salt contains all 84 elements and why the life force within Himalayan salt is preserved.
Salt for our bodiesNatrium Chloride (salt) is one of the most essential mineral substances our bodies need for normal development:160 g slat is found in human liquids, half of it is found in bones, tissues, gristle, the rest of it is found in outer cell region.
Main function of salt is maintenance of osmotic cell pressure.
Low amount of salt in the body can bring to problems, such as weakness, vomiting, cramping, fatigue, low blood pressure and coma. Too high amount of salt in body, on the other hand, can lead to maintenance of water in tissues and body, high blood pressure, and to problems in nerve and brain functioning.
Lethal amount of consumed salt is 150 g- 200 g.
Why is crystal salt from Himalaya?Crystal salt that has been found in salt deposits is much more beneficial for human than is kitchen salt. Difference is not just in following minerals and micro-elements, but also in saved information that crystal salt carries with it. We already know that radiating atomic waste is being stored in salt, because salt absorbs radiation, and it is also scientifically proven that water has its memory. Toxic substances from polluted environment worsen water quality, and consequently kitchen salt is of lower quality, but Himalayan crystal salt contains vibrations of ancient water and it is the purest. Ideal features were created 250 millions years ago and now they are trapped in crystal Himalayan salt: crystals transfer their vibration and essence to our cells, and consequently awake the self-healing powers.
Sole and its benefits Sole is a fully saturated solution of water and the Original Himalayan Crystal Salt. The water becomes saturated with salt when the water can no longer dissolve more salt. At this point, the salt crystals remain undissolved on the bottom of the jar, indicating that the solution has reached it’s saturation limit.
Sole solution is diluted quantity of the concentrated Sole in water. For example: 1% sole solution is 1 part sole and 99 parts water, 12% sole solution is 12 parts sole and 88 parts water.
Sole can easily be prepared : you need 500 g pieces or grinded Himalayan salt. Put it into plastic or better glass jar with a lid. Add 500 ml clean water, and close a jar for 4 hours on room temperature.
After 4 hours with the exact amounts of salt and water, you’ll get 26% sole solution (the salt will definitely not totally dissolve), so re-use the remaining salt.

Sole is used against acne and insect bites, for dry and oily skin, inhalation , hair care and scalp care, teeth care, baths,...
Best time recommended for sole bathing is during the change of the moon cycle. The minerals and energies stored in the Himalayan crystal salt sole bath can optimally be absorbed during a full moon, when the body’s healing potential is at its peak and bioenergetic weak points are harmonized and the body’s own energy flow activated. During a new moon, the cleansing effects are optimized because the body’s capacity for detoxifying is at its peak, so the 30 minute sole bath will have a detoxifying effect similar to a three-day fast. The toxins will be released into the bath water through osmosis, while the minerals from the sole will be absorbed through the skin. This will reduce the acidity in our body and balance the pH factor of our skin.
Additionally, in contrast to a normal bath, in which moisture is extracted from the skin, a sole bath allows salt to be stored in the upper callous layer of the skin and binds water. This creates the natural, protective film of the skin and the skin does not dry out. This is the reason why sole baths are good for dry skin as well.
