Face Bath

All you need is 20 minutes, essential oils and plenty water.

For little home sauna, that will help your face, you need big bowl of boiling water, towel, that will cover your head, and essential oil in accordance with your skin type.

  • Normal skin
             Mandarine or lavender essential oil

  • Oily skin
             Lemon or eucalyptus essential oil

  • Dry skin
             Rose or chamomile essential oil

When water boils, put in 6 drops essential oil appropriate for your skin type. Put your face above the bowl with water (your face should be at least 30 cm or more from water) and cover head with towel. Stop treatment after 2 minutes. Then heat water again and repeat the whole treatment. Your pores will open, and face will be ready for cleansing and mask.
Sauna for face is not recommendable for people with sensitive skin or those who have problems with asthma.

Against Stress   

Mix 50 g lavender flowers, thyme crowns, lemon balm leaves, rosemary, mint and sage. Put herbs in big bowl and cover them with boiling water. Filtrate after 15 minutes.

Smooth Skin 

Immerge into warm water, which you’ve added few drops of rosemary extracts, which has toning effect for skin, few drops of ivy essential oil, which has smoothing effect on skin, and few drops of American hazel, which has congestive effect on skin.
After bathing you should put on sponge body milk and apply it on your body. Besides working like smooth peeling, milk contains fats and proteins, which are nutritive and act smoothing, and are perfect for regeneration of hydrolipid skin layer.
Treatment should be ended with after 20 minutes by showering with strong spout.

Bath for Perfect Feet

Mix one cup fresh lemon juice, some cinnamon, 2 spoons olive oil, ¼ cup of milk and ¼ cup of water. Put mixture into bath. After bath your feet will become soft, refreshed and gentle. This bath is extremely effective and results will be visible immediately. In order your feet remain soft, repeat this ritual twice a week.
    
No Fat: Green Tea

Green tea!
Green tea contains tein, which stimulates retrogression of fats, polyfenols- fighters against free radicals, and also helpful when cleaning organism from leads, vitamins C, E and K, and manganese, which makes skin smoother.
Put 5 to 6 teaspoons green tea into bowl with hot water, and leave 5 minutes. Filtrate and put into bath. Stay in water around 15 minutes.

Apples Against Aging

You need 2 to 3 kilos apples, ground them with their skin and leave them for 8 hours on room temperature. With the help of gauze make compresses from apple gruel and leave it works for 20 minutes.
Apples are rich with vitamins A, C and E, which protect organism from free radicals and are responsible for organism aging. Besides, apples contain pectin, which relaxes and smooth skin, and malic acid, which works as peeling.   
As soon as you remove compresses, you can take a bath, which was added 20 drops marigold oil, chamomile and American hazel. Bath will have refreshing and smoothing effect on your skin.

For Lighter Step

Put 2 kilos coarse salt into bath. Put your legs into bath for 20 to 30 minutes and then wash off under shower. It is very important to wash off skin after salty bath- if you do not your skin will be dried out.
High salt concentration draws water from body, brings it to upper skin layers and thus moistures it.
