Massage for Slimness

If you've recently gained weight, follow this vitalizing treatment.
 
Massage with salts. Afterwards apply white clay body mask. In order to eliminate excess fluid from your body, apply thermal treatment in Spa center. However, there are few option that can be done at home: put white clay in boiling water. While mixing, boil for additional few minutes. Add few drops of lemon essential oil. Cover mixture with fiber and warm with hair dryer. Apply lukewarm mixture on body and cover yourself with some blanket. Stay this way for 20 minutes.

Pumpkin mask for whole body

Fresh pumpkin milk hydrates perfectly. It is rich in vitamin A and full with fruity acids, which work as alpha-hydroxy substances, found in many creams. This body mask will improve your skin condition.

Ingredients:      
3 or 4 cups of pumpkin with seeds.
Mix pumpkin in blender and then massage your body with mixture. Massage your whole body, including face, if you like the mask. Leave mask on body for 5 minutes and then rinse with warm (not hot) water.


Herbal compress

In order to relieve inflammation and minimize cellulite, apply herbal compresses. They might demand a bit more time, but have the same effect as creams, bought in pharmacy.

You don't believe it? Then try this: prepare dilution with some gota kola (has a calming effect on the body and is chiefly used to support the central nervous system) and a bit of butchers broom. Leave mixture to cool and soak tow gauzes in liquid and then apply on problematic areas (for example thighs). Leave for half hour and then rinse with lukewarm water. Gotu kola releases excess liquid from body, while butchers broom improves micro-circulation and strengthens capillaries.

Vanilla massage             

In order to hydrate and nurture your skin, there is nothing better than oil. Of course, do not use it as it is- prepare something which can be used after shower.

Mix half cup of sunflower oil or rice oil with half teaspoon of cinnamon and half teaspoon of vanilla extract. Leave for 12 hours so the oil absorbs both aromas. Filtrate and pour into glass bottle with a lid.


Exotic massage oil

Ingredients:
15 g almond oil
16 drops of ylang ylang essential oil
12 geranium essential oil
10 drops sandalwood essential oil
8 drops patchouli essential oil

Put oils into bottle with almond oil. Gently shake. Apply on body after showering.

Fight cellulite with oils 

Ingredients:
7 drops orange essential oils 
7 drops lavender essential oils
7 drops blueberry essential oils
50 ml jojoba oil

Mix ingredients. After showering apply on areas affected by cellulite.

Massage for better circulation

Ingredients:
20 ml almond or avocado oil
8 drops mint essential oil

Slowly warm oil on low fire. Remove from fire and add mint oil.
Apply few drops of mixture on palm and start rubbing palms. Massage your hands and then with thumbs in circular moves massage your palms.

Essential oils for baths and shower gels 

Mix 2-3 drops of essential oils with spoon of epsom of sea salt. Massage this mixture into body, which works as peeling. Salt will remove dead cells from skin and detoxify skin, while oils will soften and hydrate skin.
If you want to use this mixture in a bath, mix 2-3 drops of essential oils with 1 cup of salt and dilute in bath.
Essential oils help with many skin problems, including dry skin, wrinkles, cellulite and acne. You can also add 12 drops of essential oil into 30 grams of face lotion, cream or tonic.
