Every third couple has problems with sterility... It is very important to talk about this problem in order to determine right diagnosis and best solution!

Sterility is not incurable! For every couple there is a solution that will lead to pregnancy, no matter how far and unreal this might seem at the beginning. Sterility 'cases' are divided into few categories and vary from simple to very complicated ones.
When treating sterility (besides doctor's dedication) it is very important to determine quick and efficient diagnosis, which will help establish cause of sterility. After establishing cause, therapy is prescribed, which eventually brings to wanted pregnancy.

Common causes of sterility

Ovaries inflammation
In 30 to 40% of cases cause of sterility is ovary inflammation in youth treated with antibiotic therapy, which often do not include mechanical damage that occurs on ovaries,  JAJOVOD, and/ or in uterus.

Hidden weight      
Obesity can be a cause of reduced number of spermatozoid. In men they occur in childhood, but they are also common among grown-ups as consequence of physical strain or trainings.

Endometriotic cysts
In the past 5 years very common cause of sterility are so called endometriotic cysts that are not diagnosed on time. As they grow they damage ovaries and pelvis.   
    
Benign tumors in uterus
Inappropriate consumption of anti-baby pills in younger women can cause myoms and polyps, and benign tumors in uterus and on its walls.    

Hormonal imbalance
Following nomenclature and standards of World Health Organization  hormonal imbalance is one of sterility causes. Many patients, worried because of regular periods, visit their doctors to balance their cycles with the help of anti-baby pills, but  unfortunately, forgetting their side effects.

Inborn malformations 
0, 03% of women have inborn malformations, such as blind vagina, double uterus...     

Diagnosis

To approach treatment properly and not waisting time, it is inevitable to perform quick and adequate diagnosis, which includes following procedure:
  • Complete systematic and gynecologic examination: PA test, all bacterial analysis, and ultrasound. Men should also do examinations, and specialists urologists should examine their spermograme  and spermo culture. This examinations should be done with the help of professional team, because only with adequate diagnosis and opinion this problem can be solved.
  • Sovereign diagnosis is diagnostic-therapeutic laparoscopy, as well as histeroscopy (examination of uterus from inside).        
  • Complete hormonal status of man and woman.

After diagnosis couple is introduced with most efficient and fastest solutions that could lead to pregnancy.
Remember: every sterility is curable, of course if it is approached the right way!
