No stress: 6 ways to take it easy

1. Relax with your fingers

For this massage, where you use your middle fingers on both hands, you need a minute or two. Soon you’ll notice you are getting new energy and you feel more relaxed.
Put middle fingers on your temples: left finger on left temple, and right one on the right side. Massage gently in circular moves- up and down, left and right.
Massage will stimulate functioning of reflexive spots that induce breakup of stress hormones and produce sense of relaxation. This massage type also helps dealing with headaches.   

2. Vitamin bombs

Only 15 minutes daily stress destroys C vitamin reserves. If having stressful day, eat food rich in vitamin C. Paprika, kiwi, and citrus fruits are true vitamin C bombs.     

3. Protein help

You are facing a tough day? Start your day with proteins: your body will be grateful for eating skim or simply drinking one glass of milk.

4. Move on daily basis

5. Sip by sip

Every day drink at least 2 liters of liquid: it is best to drink water or sugar free herbal teas, and you will literally drain stress hormones away. Organism will have enough wetness, cells will be fluxed and you will practically feel new energy.

6. Breathe and wonder

We are talking about correct breathing: when breathing in, push your stomach out as much as you can- keep breath for few seconds, and then breath out and push your stomach in as much as possible. Breath this way for at least 3 minutes. Eyes are  closed and after a while you will feel stress leaving body and new energy entering.
