Soft hands

Ingredients:
half cup of ground nuts
2 spoons of corn flour
2 spoons of almond oil
1 teaspoon of honey

Mix all ingredients and then apply on hands and rub few minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
While hands are still moist apply this special mixture: 1 spoon of almond oil and 4 drops of lemon essential oil. Then put on cotton gloves for 30 minutes.

Olive oil for nail strengthening

People, living in Mediterranean counties know benefits olive oil can offer. Not only olive oil is beneficial nutrient, it is also beneficial in cosmetics.
Massage olive oil on your nails and skin around nails. Olive oil contains amino acids, thus it will strengthen nails. It also has beneficial and softening effect of skin around nails.

Recipe for brittle nails

Bath for brittle nails: half cup of lukewarm olive oil mix with 15 lavender essential oil. Every evening before sleep, soak your nails in 'bath' for few minutes. When finished, do not rinse, just gently wipe fingers with cotton cloth.

Treatment for Hands

Mix same amount of lemon juice, rose water, glycerin and cologne water. Store mixture in closed bottle. Nurture your hands with this preparation after household chores.

Treatment for hands and feet      

Prepare washbowl with lukewarm water. Add 10 drops of thyme essential oil (thyme has the same refreshing effect as deodorant) and five spoons of liquid glycerin.
Soak your feet into solution for 10 minutes. This way your feet will soften and they will be ready for pedicure.
In the meantime soak your hands into lukewarm water with lemon juice. wait 10 minutes and then dry. Apply lanolin cream.          

Nail treatment

Beat yolk and soak nails into it. Rinse after 5 minutes .

Dill and Distaff for Stronger Nails 

Ingredients:
2 spoons of finely chopped distaff
2 spoons of dill seeds
1 cup of boiling water

Cover herbs with boiling water and leave for 1-2 hours. Filtrate into bottle. For one treatment use 1-2 dcl solution. Before using, warm solution, and soak nails in it for 10 minutes.     

Almond treatment

Ingredients:
1 spoon of almond oil
1 cup of butter

Mix ingredients. Before sleep massage solution into hands and put on cotton gloves.
Store mixture in refrigerator.

Mask for Hands 

Ingredients:
2 spoons of finely ground oats
1 spoon of avocado oil
1 spoon of lemon juice
1 spoon of glycerin

Mix ingredients into thick mixture. Apply on hands before sleep. Leave for 30 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Apply hand cream.

Avocado for hands and feet

Ingredients:
¼ to ½ of fresh avocado
1 yolk
1 spoon of honey
1 spoon of rice flour
10 drops of evening primrose
Mix ingredients and apply on hands. Leave for 20 minutes and then rinse. This treatment revitalizes dry skin. Avocado and yolk soften skin with proteins and oils, rice flour removes dead cells, while oil of evening primrose contains hair, skin and nail benefits .

Banana cream for hands and feet    

Ingredients:
banana
honey
lemon juice
butter

Mix ingredients and apply on skin. Put on cotton gloves and leave overnight. Wash hands in the morning.
Apply same treatment on legs.

Cocoa butter cream for hands and feet   

Ingredients:
½ cup of ground almonds
½ cup of barley
4 spoons of cocoa butter
3 spoons of honey

Mix all ingredients. Apply cream on hands and feet and cover with cotton glove and socks and leave overnight. In the morning rinse with lukewarm water. This cream is ideal for dry and cracked skin, because it gently removes dead cells and at the same time softens skin.

Nail Softener with vitamin E

Ingredients:  
1 spoon of olive oil
1 spoon of vitamin E herbal solution

Mix ingredients and massage into nails.

Silky Hands with cinnamon

This bath will make your hands (and feet) silky soft and will achieve beautiful cinnamon scent. 
Given amount: 1 treatment
Preparation time: 2-5  minutes
Store in refrigerator.

Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1 cup of milk
1 spoon of olive oil
a hint of cinnamon or some other scented herb

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, large enough to soak both hands in it. Place bowl in microwave for 20 to 60 seconds seconds (long enough to warm up the mixture). Soak hands into mixture for 10 minutes. Afterwards rinse them with lukewarm water and dry them. Apply hydrating cream.

Peeling for hands   

This treatment is great addition to manicure. Use it before polishing and before applying hangnail cream and lacquer. 

Given amount: 1 peeling
Store in refrigerator

Ingredients:
1 spoon of corn flour
1 spoon of honey
2 spoons of sweet cream
2 drops of lemon essential oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Wash your arms, but do not dry them. Apply peeling on your hands and forearms and elbows. Leave peeling for 5 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Afterwards apply hydrating cream.

Oil that treats hangnails

Given amount: 45 g
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Store unlimited on room temperature

Ingredients:
15 g macadamia oil
15 g apricot seed oil
15 g jojoba oil

Mix oils and pour them into bottle. Apply this mixture twice a week for smooth nails and healthy hangnails.

Peeling for Hands

This thick and rich peeling is perfect for removing dead cells from hands and feet.

Given amount: 1 peeling
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Store in refrigerator.

Ingredients:  
1 cup of sugar
½ cup of butter
½ cup of sweet almond oil
½ teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of lemon essential oil
1 spoon sweat cream

Mix butter, almond oil and honey in a bowl. Place this bowl in boiling water until butter completely melts. Remove from fire and mix well.
If applying this peeling on feet, be careful not to slip, because ingredients are oily.

Sweet honey and lemon peeling for hands   

Apply this peeling on clean hands. Peeling removes dead cells and nurtures skin at the same time. It is also softens hangnails.

Given amount: 1 treatment
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 yolk
1 teaspoon of honey
2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 spoon of white or brown sugar
2 drops of lemon essential oil

Beat yolk in a small bowl. Add honey and olive oil and mix well, so the mixture unites. Apply peeling on clean and wet hands. Massage between fingers and around nail roots. Leave peeling to work for 5 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and then apply hydrating cream.

Lemon, honey and rose mask for hands

Given amount: 1 treatment for hands and feet
Store this mask in refrigerator for several days

Ingredients: 
half cup of liquid honey
1/8 cup of fresh lemon juice
1 spoon of macadamia nut oil
1 drop of rose essential oil

Mix honey and lemon juice. If honey is thick, warm it in microwave until it melts (or place it in a bowl with boiling water). Do not overheat, because it will become too sticky and you won't be able to use it in accordance with this recipe. Add macadamia nut oil and mix until the mass unites, and then add rose essential oil.
Apply on hands and feet, paying special attention to blisters, nails and hangnails. Leave on skin for 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Tap dry with towel and apply hydrating cream.
This mask can also be applied on body and face.
Store this mask in refrigerator for several days, but before use warm it, because the honey will harden.

Salty lemon peeling for hands 

Given amount: 20 treatments
Preparation time: 12 minutes
Store it on room temperature for up to 6 months.

Ingredients:   
1 cup of epsom salt (magnesium sulfate)
6 drops of lemon essential oil
50 ml of almond oil

Mix salt with lemon essential oil. Place mixture in glass jar, and then add almond oil.
Before use, wash and dry hands. Apply Apply mixture on hands, massage in order to remove dead cells from skin and to refresh it. Wash hands with warm water and dry them.

Sweet lemon peeling for hands and feet    

This gently peeling for hands and/or feet will remove dead cells from skin. It will make your skin soft, silky and refreshed.

Given amount: 1 treatment for hands and feet
Preparation time: 2-5 minutes
store it 1-2 weeks in refrigerator

Ingredients:
half cup of finely ground sugar (or if you prefer, salt)
1 spoon of olive oil
2 spoons of lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in smaller bowl. Apply on hands and feet. Massage 2-3 minutes. When you're finished with peeling, rinse with lukewarm water tap dry with towel.
Apply hydrating cream.

Hangnail lemon and honey treatment       

This recipe with fresh lemon scent, softens hangnails and prepares them for manicure.

Given amount: 1 treatment for both hands
Preparation time: several minutes
Store in refrigerator

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of liquid honey
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon
½ cup of warm/hot water

Mix honey and lemon juice. Add water. Soak nails into mixture for 5 minutes. Tap them dry with towel and gently remove hangnails.
Apply creamy lotion in order to hydrate hangnails. Continue with manicure ...

Orange Cream for Hangnails    

This cream is great for nurturing nail roots. It makes hangnails softer and prevents nail dryness.

Given amount: 50 g

Ingredients:
14 g virgin coconut oil
6 g sweet almond oil
4 g nut oil
4 g orange juice
2 g bees wax

Put all ingredients in fireproof bowl. Place it in a bowl with boiling water until bees wax melts. Mix with spoon until the ingredients unite. Pour cream into clean jars and do not close until the cream cools.
Massage gently into nail roots and hangnails. Repeat treatment several times a week.

Silky hands   

This recipe with fresh fruits and coconut will help your hands to stay gentle, while lemon juice will strengthen nail roots.

Given amount: 1 treatment
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Store in refrigerator

Ingredients:
half avocado
½ cup of coconut milk
½ cup of pure coconut oil
1 spoon of mashed strawberries
2 drops of lemon essential oil

Mix half avocado with strawberry until the mas unites (use blender if you like). Add coconut oil and coconut milk. Then add lemon essential oil. Mix. Pour into bowl, large enough to place both hands in. Stay this way for 10 minutes. Massage hands while soaked in the bowl. After 10 minutes rinse with warm water. Tao dry and then apply rich hydrating cream.

Cinnamon sugar peeling   

This peeling is used for cleaning and massaging feet and hands. Do not use this peeling if you have damaged skin.

Ingredients:
juice of one lemon (no seeds)
2 spoons of olive oil
1 cup of sugar
½ cup of milk or sweet cream
hint of cinnamon
4 drops of lemon essential oil

Mix all ingredients, using blender.
Apply mixture into hands and feet. Do it in the tub, because it is easier to clean. Since scrub contains olive oil, be careful not to slip!
