I have started exercising. I run 30 minutes daily, do sit ups, and some weight training for breasts and arms, but need to work out on my ass too. What are best ass exercises? I do not go in fitness, but i do have some weight at home- this is all the equipment I have, so do take this into consideration when recommending ass exercises
Thanks in advance ! |

| Since you say you run, do you run in hilly areas? If you can't run in hilly areas (it can be quite strenous, walk, it is also good. If you don't live near hilly areas, squats are just as fine. Riding a bike is good (if you have a bike). |

Hi guys.
Ok, here is one ass exercise where you don't need anything but perhaps a blanket to place on the floor. This one is good for lower abs too.
Lie on your back. Extend body, hands are placed near body (or behind butt) on the floor.
Now lift your legs – legs must be extended as much as possible (keep toes on both feet pointed out.) Now lift legs, and stop: at angle 20 degrees and then at angle 40 , and then 60. When reaching each angle hold for a second or two- you'll feel tension in abs and ass. When returning to starting position- do not let your heels touch the floor- it will be hard at the beginning, but the results won't mis! |
