I haven't tried it, and i don't know how exaclty looks like. I guess this is a shock diet. And if it lasts for 2 weeks, i believe that when you return to your normal diet, everything returns. Trusts me – i've tried diets like that (cabbage diet – and the soup isn't tasty at all)- i did lost some weight (never that much they promised), but in a matter of 2 weeks it was all back.
It does sound tasty, but i think that after 2 weeks of bananas and milk only i would hate bananas for ever. And i love too much to do that. |

| If you plan to loose only 10lbs, better eat proteins and many fruits and veggies – most of all -EXERCISE – CARDIO HELPS LOOSE WEIGHT. Running, cycling, dancing, swimming. Combine with some strength exercises (some squats and lungs and some weightlifting and you'll succeed). |

I haven't tried this banana diet, but found this banana diet regime on the web. If someone want to try it, here it is.
Monday
Breakfast: Banana bread & Banana yogourt
Lunch Deep fried bananas & Banana juice
Dinner: Banana leaf salad (no dressing) & Banana milkshake (served separately or as dressing for the salad)
Tuesday
Breakfast: Banana with whipped cream & Banana-flavoured tea
Lunch: Roasted bananas wrapped in banana leaves & Banana-flavoured water
Dinner: Baked banana served with pasta or rice & Cream of banana soup
Wednesday
Breakfast: Banana pancake & Banana-flavoured coffee
Lunch : Sliced banana sandwich with banana spread & Banana soda
Dinner: Stir-fired banana served with beans & Banana and mushroom soup
Thursday
Breakfast: Banana bagels & Banana-flavoured soy drink
Lunch: Banana hot dogs (buns optional) & Cola with banana
Dinner: Banana casserole & Mixed vegetable soup (with banana added)
Friday
Breakfast: Banana omlette & Orange juice with banana added
Lunch: Grilled banana pita & Milk mixed with banana
Dinner: Marinated banana served with corn & Chilled tomato and banana soup
Saturday
Breakfast: Fruit bowl (with 2 bananas) & Banana leaf juice
Lunch: Banana Vermicelli with banana leaves & Banana Smoothie
Dinner: Banana salad (no dressing)& Banana eggnog
Sunday
Breakfast: Rolls with banana paste & Squeezed bananas
Lunch: 2 fried bananas & Carrot juice mixed with bananas
Dinner: Banana split (ice cream and chocolate sauce optional)&Fermented Banana
If you want to eat this, go ahead, but i would be sick of all those bananas after day 1. Besides, i think this is a big joke: coffee banana? Banana leaf juice? Squeezed banana? I don't think so. |
