There are few basics for beautiful looking skin, but remember not every skin is the same, so maybe you need some professional or medical help. (I do not know what exactly your skin looks like)
Ok, these days most important is to protect your skin from sun. So, wear sun protection. Do not avoid sun- sun is important source of vitamin D, but at least avoid being exposed between 11 and 4 o’clock.
It is important to have a cleansing routine. Cleanse face twice a day- in the morning and before bed time. Cleansing your skin is especially important before bed time, because your body excretes toxins through your skin as you sleep. So, must remove all makeup!!!! If water dries your face, spray mineral water. When drying skin, just tap with towel, do not rub.
Try spending as much time on fresh air as possible (wear sun protection) and avoid smoky places.
Lack of sleep does not benefit your skin- so, healthy and long sleep.
Another thing is drinking plenty water. We all should drink at least 1, 5 l water, nut do we? When drinking plenty water, this washes toxins out.
