There are advantages and disadvantages to every time of the day. I personally like it best in the morning, because it's easiest for me to schedule and it gives me strength for the day…at least I see it that way. But if you are not a morning type, I do not suggest it.
Best time to exercise is when muscle and body-core temperature is at it's highest and endurance levels are at their peak, which is according to research, around 5-6pm. But I think it is best if you find out for yourself. The point is exercise and how you do it. Time is not that important as the exercise itself. |
