What are positive effects of black tea? I heard it has also some beauty effects, but I cannot remember which.
One more thing, how long should I leave black tea standing in water?

preparing black tea is easy...as every other tea, bloing water over tea- leave for 2 MINUTES!!!NOT MORE! do not wait 5 mintes or more, because tea will get this better taste- not good at all. Some people add cinammon, others cacao, orange juiice....experimet Cool
black tea is rich with antioxidants, which prevent skin aging.
Black tea (as rich in antioxidants) prevents cancer, stokes, and lowers the amount of cholesterol in blood.
Black tea contains calcium, magnesium, mangane, vitamin C and K.
Besides, black tea has the same features whether you drink it warm or cold with ice cubes.
ok, beauty part...
Black tea is great for puffy eyes. Make yourself tea, take out tea bags and put them in refrigerator and let them cold. Next, when they are cold, lay down, put them on your eyes and they won't be puffy no more.
Next beauty trick is with hair. Wash your hair with shampoo and after you have washed it off, pour on your hair black tea. Your hair will be get darker tone, but will also be shinier.
If you have dry lips, apply on them warm tea bag for 5 minutes- this will return their moisture and softness.
