It is not good to skip breakfasts in any case, and especially before exercise, because when exercising you especially need additional energy…
It is best to eat breakfast at least one hour before exercise, and it is also important that if you eat breakfast directly before exercise, that breakfast is not too heavy. In such case fruit would be best option. So, do not eat heavy food prior to exercise, but it is important that you eat breakfast! |
