skipping breakfast before morning exercise would definitelly decrease the effectivity and results of exercising.
People who skip breakfast need to put in bigger effort to achieve the same results and cannot exercise as well as people that eat breakfast.
Besdies, if you exercise with empty stomach you shall burn less calories then you do if you have eaten.
I know it is hard to organisate, especially if you work out in the morning, since it is not appropriate to eat at least 2 hours before exercise. It is better if you wake up little earlier and eat very light meal, like for examplke yogurt with some fruit. |
