Cabbage diet is good for cleaning digestive tract. It contains many ballast, dairy acids. Besides positive effect on digestive system it gives body lots of minerals and vitamins.
You need 1, 2 kg apples, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 od vanilla stick, lemon juice, artificial sugar, 300 g of backed sour cabbage, cinnamon in dust.
For breakfast peel 600 g apples and slice them on large cubes. Cook and mix until soft, add cinnamon stick, vanilla, artificial sugar and some lemon juice.
For lunch peel 300 g apples and slice on small pieces, add some lemon juice, add artificial sugar and mix in 300 g cabbage.
For dinner mix fat free cheese with mineral water, so you get creamy mixture; add apples, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon.
You may drink mineral water (no buble) and herbal tea without sugar.
