yes, that's true.
Researches showed weight loosing will be quicker when consuming at least 3 glasses of milk of any other diary product (yogurt, cheese).
If you consume too little calcium, your body produces more hormones, which chain minerals from your bones and polarize cells to chain even more fats. Result is weight gain.
Some researchers discovered that women who consume at least 1000 mg of calcium do not gain as much fat as those who do not consume that much calcium. |
