can't stop biting nails

I have a problem. huge. Sad

all my life i am biting my nails. i had few attempts when i actually stopped and btw they looked great *considering i was/am biting them. but then something "occurs" in my life Rolling Eyes

and here we go again. no matter what i do i can't stop biting nails... even if they are polished and all done and ready to grow i do it.
So, looking for help> anyone who succeeded, pls give advice!

Hey She!
It's all about getting them out of your mouth. Just that. I know it's the hardest part, but i've been there and i know what it's like.
...i'll just put them, i won't bite them, really... and at first you don't, but eventually.you bite them off again.
It's really all about getting your fingers out of your mouth. Once nails get wet with saliva they go softer and they are easier to bite. When they are dry they are very hard and you actually won’t be able to chew them off easily.
Hope this point of view helps. Is't not about products that can help, cos they won't if you'll have your mouth full Wink
