Hi!
I have a question... looking at celebrity females (mostly females) I wonder what kind of workouts do they practice. They all look great and I have no idea whta they do to look like this. I worok out almost every day (5 days a week)- I try to eat healthy, avoid sugar, eat fruit, and other healthy food... and I just can't achieve body like they have.
I would really like to know they secret.. Confused
...just can't figure it out...

Dear Laura,
I think every female celebrity has her secret- Madona practices Yoga, others have different approaches...
But most of all- they have money!!! They can hire trainers, cook, psychologist and I don't know who else- the whole crew to take care of their body shape ... maybe plastic surgeons...
I is not reasonable to compare yourself with Gwen Stefani or Madona or JEnifer Aniston- all they do is take care for their bodies (besides preparing for role)... hmmmmm ... what a life... me too!

I agree with Reg about money part.
But I also think, everyone can achieve celebrity body! You need to be disciplined and persistent. Work out, Work out , Work out and once more Work out! Eat healthy, Eat healthy, Eat healthy, Eat healthy!
If you'll follow your routine- you say you work out 5 times a week and eat healthy, I am sure in time the result will be visible!!!!
Don't stop!! Just go for it!

i agree with petra! persistance is the main part to all stuff in life ...i think. with shaping body there is also eating control and right food combination. one must really be careful what and when to eat when wanting to achieve great body.
In my case, and many others it works if i drink plenty water. I stopped drinking sodas and similar stuff year ago. I am also trying to stop with coffee too (i drink it with plenty sugar), but i have brought myself to drinking herbal and fruit teas without sugar! It was akward at first, but now i like it. I think consuming sugar with beverages is unnecessary...but when we come to chocolate ....well. that's different Laughing

we are the same as celebrities- same flesh, same blood, it's just that they usually dress better Laughing
it;s also fact they have more time for themselves (like don't have to clean up, take kids to school...), so when i think of exercise, i am usually dead tired...this is no excuse, I know.
Most of them have to WORK for their body (just as we have to)- and some of them must 'starve' too or at least be careful what they;re eating. Like Alba - no bread, no pasta, no deserts, no life. This is just demanding for me. I mean i should be highly motivated for life diet like that. Wink
