Shannon, I am happy to inform you chocolate does not cause acne!!!
I was disinformed all my life and can't belive it I avoided chocolate becasue that! 
Acne are caused by hormonal changes (in puberty or in menstrual period with women, when we are under stress, there are also hormonal changes). In every case, no chocolade, fats, nor any other food has nothing to do with acne... it is scientifically proven. The only thing that causes acne are bacteriums on skin, which are carried all over the face when we touch face or we squeeze pimples... so, avoid squeezing them, but eat chocolade as much as you want (except for your teeth's sake  ) |
