I read few people asking, if cilst pills help dealing with acne.
I was on cilest one year- not because I wanted to get rid of acne (I didn’t had any until now), but because I was in a steady relationship and I needed birth control protection.
As I said I was on cilest one year. Before cilest I never had problems with acne, so getting rid of acne with cilest, was not aim! However, when I stopped taking cilest, acne started to appear. I do not know if acne occurring has anything to do with me taking cilest, I do not care why- I just know I have them, and I didn’t have them before taking cilest. So, do not think about taking cilest in order to decrease acne! Talkin from my own experience! |

I totally agree with your advice!
What is happening to you must be because of hormonal imbalance. Before cilest your hormones were in natural balance, when starting to take cilest you got your hormones under control artificially, and when you stopped with cilest, your hormones got out of order, which caused acne. This is how I understand acne occurring after cilest.
Maybe cilest can control acne (because it controls hormone levels), but this is not the appropriate way to control acne. |
