Hey guys,
I have some acne on the face... mostly cheeks, they are not red bumps or sth like that, but they are visible, especially on daily light. I also have breakouts- especially before period.
I was reading about cilest- and I also read some reviews- it is very popular and mostly people say cilest helped them clear their skin.
Did anyone here try cilest? What is cilest like- I mean is it a pill, wash, in what form is cilest consumed/ used?

Ciao Luna,
Cilest is a pill- contraceptive pill (antibaby pill), but i also heard it helped clear acne to some women.
You should def discuss this with your doctor or gyn. Maybe cilest would help you too, since you have breakouts before period, but on the other hand, as you say, you have little acne, that are visible only under daylight...
Maybe is something wrong with your lifestyle- I do not mean to criticise- just talking from my own experience- when I was smoking, I had horrible face (while friends who smoked didn't have same problems with skin). As soon as I stopped smoking, my skin cleared up of all acne! I was surprised about the effect! |
