| I was thinking about starting with cilest. I heard it is top for contraceptio, but it also deals well with skin problems (I have breakouts before and during period). First of all, I need it for protection, but also to clear my skin and prevent breakouts. Anyone here with experience??? Any recommendations? |

I used cilest one year.. I don't need it now.
It was definitelly successful in preventing pregnancy. About the skin part- it dealt with my occasional before-periods breakouts, but I do not have problems with skin, so there was no significal improvement visible.
I also have some negative experience, like depression and passivity... horrible!!! i am otherwise very energetic person and this made me feel horrible and no use  i feel better off cilest or any other pills, and this matters more, I think. |
