I suppose you are talking about increasing the size…
There are two main types of cock surgery that increase size of penis.
One involves lengthening the cock by releasing ligaments which attach penis to the pelvis, and second method injects your fat that has been suctioned from some part of your body into the cock.
Of course there are risks: swelling, bruising, bleeding, even loss of sensation or possibility of erection! |
