| I have a question in connection with cosmetic eye surgery. I am very unhappy with the effects of aging on my face. I have excess skin or fat above and under my eyes. I would like to know if both areas (under and above) ayes can be treated with cosmetic eye surgery? |

Yes, of course they can. Cosmetic eye surgery can also be performed during facelift.
You should consult plastic surgeon on this matter, |
