That was not an easy one, but said it was??
The poor girl had her personal trainer of course- and not only he exercised with her, but he also sat with her through every meal!!!
Firstly, what she could eat: lean meat, like grilled chicken, or fish, plenty vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, spinach, lettuce….everything non fatting.
What she couldn’t: bread, sugar, desserts.
Second part of daisy duke routine is exercise: Jessica Simpson did one hour weights and 30 minutes cardio. Main exercises were focused on butt: lunges and squats (great metabolism busters!!!), which she did with weight that were only 7, 5 pounds heavy. |
