I am 27 and have been coloring my hair more than 10 years (with no break). Now my hair is damaged, thing, ends split fast, and the whole hair is easy breakable.
WHat should I do? |

I recommend my clients to cut their hair... sorry, but this is a best treatment... the process of healing damaged hair is too long- most effective is to simply cut it off... it will grow sooner when hair is healthy then when is damaged. And of course, when hair is cut, do not color it again!!!
Here is also revitalising mask that you can prepare yourself at home. This mask is rich in vitamins A and C, proteins. It nurtures hair and scalp and has lots of beneficial ingredients for damaged hair. This should also bring your hair in better condition.
Ingredients:
1 lemon (squeeze juice from lemon)
1 tablespoon honey
2 egg yolks
1 egg white
Mix ingredients well and massage into scalp and hair. Leave it on 10 minutes and then rinse well.
I make myself the same mixture, though I add wheat buds becasue my hair is dry. |

I didn't dye my hair but straightened it more than I should have.
To fix it i went to toiletry shops like boots and superdrug and in the hair care section they have loads of extreme condition satchets. If you choose one brand, (my choice was Pantene), and use it once a week or fortnight you should see a diffrence!! (a good one)!! |
