My daughter has very delicate and sensitive skin, which turns red on sun very quickly. What UV protection should person with so delicate skin wear?

she must wear at least 30 UV protection. It is also important to have lip balsam (skin on lips is very thin and sun sensitive), it would be wise to wear sun glasses.
Important: apply UV protection not only when sunbathing, but also when going outdoors for 15 minutes.
And now the most important- avoid going outdoors between 10 and 16 o'clock!
