I think I noticed somewhere on the forum someone describing already droopy eyelid exercises, but never mind, here are few.
Press with 2 fingers on the side of the head- on the temples- and close and open your eyes rapidly. Repeat this 5 times.
Close your eyes (your eyes must be closed during the whole exercise) and look up and down. Next exercise is looking left and right. Repeat each exercise 10 times.
Look straight ahead, and do not move your head while doing following exercise. Direct your look and head straight ahead. Now, look down and then up, without moving your head. Next exercise is moving right and left. Repeat each exercise 10 times. |
