It is best if you eat at least 2 or 3 hours before training. If you do it like this, you'll have much more strength and stamina for work out! Meal before training should be easy (cornflakes or sth similar) and do not overeat.
Drink lots of water before and during exercise. |

Yes, preferably an hour or two before. Don't overeat as well especially if the purpose of the exercise is to lose some weight. It is true that exercise work more effectively than meds.
