|
|
I read an article on electrolysis, and read that permanent hair removal includes electrlysis and laser hair removal, and that electrlysis has proved to be more effective than laser. True or not?
What are differences? What about costs?
Would that work on face too? I am thinking doing that for longer time- don't have the patience with my beard and get infections (red bumps) from shaving a lot. I was thinking electrolysis could be permanent solution to my problems.
Anyone knows someone who did electrlysis on face? |

It can be done on face- haven't done that myself, but was also reading a lot about that.
You should see electrologists – person trained to professionally administer the electrolysis procedure.
Personally i can't recommend anyone, but i do suggest that u ask around and you your own research before committing to any procedure. |

| My best friend's father did it (on face). We live in Europe, so I don't know how much info or clinic recommendation is useful to u, but if you need it, I will ask her, him actually, so i think it will be no problem. Just let me know if you need this info. |

it is more effective than laser, but sessions also take longer. Price varies and comparing to laser could be more expensive, because more treatments are needed.
Electrolysis is a permanent solution, esp if talking about facial hair removal, where hair tends to be more stuborn. Besides with laser there are cases when hair starts to grow somehow in patches.
No matter what, you must be really careful when choosing specialist who will perform electrolysis otherwise you may end up scarred. Choose someone with plenty experience.
Good luck! |

There is a really good forum on this - hairtell.com
It talks about both laser and electrolysis. They both have positive and negatives, just make sure you go to a great place. |

|

| I don't rely on electrolysis. I use to follow an easy method to remove hair with the help of "spring it bars". Even though it is a temporary solution to remove your hair, it does not damage your skin. It is a cost effective solution for normal people. It is a natural method more or less like eyebrow threading. Look at myspringit.com for more details related to that |
