| I have a question about exercise before plastic surgery. My father is planning to undergo liposuction, and he has also start exercising. We would like to know if he should exercise before plastic surgery, or must he not? |

| I think the day of the plastic surgery it is better to rest, because with exercise blood circulation increases. I am not sure whether blood circulation interferes with the ability for performing plastic surgery, but if I were on your father place, I would rest at least for the first day and wouldn’t exercise before plastic surgery. Anyway, I think it is wise to consult plastic surgeon considering exercise before plastic surgery. |
