for beginning you should start with walking. every day, regular, start with half hour walks and intensify to one hour. walk so fast, you can still speak shorter sentences. Later, combine walking with hiking.
Roller skating is great for firming behind, legs and calves.
Do not expect big changes after month or two... there will be results and later there will also be great changes.... just need to respect daily routine.
Also drink planty water, at least 8 glasses a day. Avoid soft drinks!
Good luck! |

you should defenitely practice just walking at first. you are waisting less calories when walking then you do it with running, but walking should be less of a burden for your knees, joints, ligaments and heart.
When jogging pay attention to breathing. Breath in through nose and breath out through mouth. Take breath every second step... or whenever you need it
if you like swimming, go swimming, use your legs... stretch and move legs up and down. Try to swimm using just legs (it would be good to have water pillow or sth similar).
there are many other sports in which you can enjoy. mostly all exercise, where using legs should decrease the critical part |

If you have access to a gym, do weighted squats, it not, just do squats without weight but with higher repetition.
At the gym, try the row machine... thats a great machine for butt and hamstrings (back of legs)
Clean your diet and drink lotsa water.
Running and any sort of cardio is of course good as well as they will reduce your overall body fat, but they dont target a spot. |
