I know one good for back and behind.
put your self on all four- make sure your hips are directly above knees and your shoulders are direcly above your elbows. Do you get the position? put your weight equally on both hands and both legs.
Now, rise your right arm and stretch it before you so it's in same line as your back. Right after that rise your left leg and put it in the same line as your leg (the same as arm). Puff out your body and stay in this position till you count till 3. Then return to starting position. Repeat 10 times.
This exercise is called 'chair' because remindes of a chair from side-view when you have your arm and leg risen. |
