Go on all four- knees and hands.
Your hands should be in width of shoulders; hands shouldn’t be exactly under your shoulders, but put them little ahead.
Rise your feet from the ground and cross them. Your feet shouldn't be on the floor but inch or two above the floor.
Tight your stomach and do not let go the entire exercize. Also, do not bend your back the entire exercise! You chin should be close to your breast- keep it there the entire exercise.
Bend your elbows and lower your torso to the floor to the point where you feel tension. This means your muscles are doing a good job.
Push your hands in floor and strengthen your elbows, or in other word- lift your torso.
Repeat again and start with elbows slightly bend. |
