Spread feet in the width of shoulders, straighten elbows near body and squeeze fists firmly. Fists have to be firm the entire exrcise. Tighten stomach and keep it that way the entire exercise.
Lift straighten hands from the side of the body- from hips to shoulders.
Lift them till the height of your shoulders. Keep in that position one second.
Lift from shoulder height till above the head. Keep it there one second.
Slowly return to the starting position. |
