Lay on your back, cross arms on your chest.
Bend in knees with feet in the width of shoulders.
Put your chin as close as possible to the torax and keep neck in this position the entire exercize.
Lift upper part of blad-bone (only few inches).
As soon as you feel pain in upper part of stomach and as soon as you feel your stomach is tighten, keep in this position one second. Slowly return to the starting position.
Your head and neck should be the entire exercise in the starting position- not on the floor. |
