Exercise where you use your muscles- no matter it’s cardio exercise (like running) or strength exercise (like weight lifting) is exercise, that is physical. So, whatever your body does- as long as it sweats (also building a house), it’s a phisical exercise.
There is no best phisical exercise- there are the ones that make you loose more calories or ones that make you build more muscles… now choose. |
