Results are not over night… at least few months of regular exercises for droopy eyelids should pass before results will be more obvious. For daily routine of exercises for droopy eyelids you do not need to sped more than 10 minutes.
Ok, here are few exercises:
1. :Press with two fingers on side of your head- temples, and rapidly close and open eyes. Repeat 10 times.
2. : Sit and look ahead. Your eyes are open- now look down without moving head. Look up without moving head!
3. : Sit and look ahead. Your eyes are open- now look left without moving head. Look right without moving head!
4. : This exercise is the same as prior two, except your eyes are closed. Sit and look ahead. Look up and then down without moving head! Remember your eyes are closed!
5. : Sit and look ahead. Look left and then right without moving head! Remember your eyes are closed!
