Exercises for droopy eyelids, as well as any other (facial) exercises take some time to become effective.
There are few exercises for droopy eyelids involving stretching the eyelids upward and outward for several minutes a day…few minutes a day and results can be amazing…
Press two fingers on each side of your head (at the temples), and then rapidly closing and opening your eyes. Repeat this exercise at least 5 times.
Another good exercise is having closed eyes all through the exercise. Then you (while having eyes closed) look up, look down. Another exercise would looking left and right while having eyes closed. Each exercise should be repeated at least 10 times.
Anther exercise… again eyes are closed and then you lift eyebrows, while stretching your eyelids down as far as possible. Keep this position for 5 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds, and repeat exercise 5 times.
One more easy exercise: sit upright and look straight ahead. Your eyes are open. Look down without moving your head, but just moving eyes. This should be repeated 10 times. Another exercise on same principle would be sitting in same position, which is looking straight ahead and then looking left and right without moving head, but only eyes.
There exercises shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes daily. I hope they will work for you!
