you know everybody wants to stay yung or at least look young as long as possible (and I am not an exception). I would like to know if you have any suggestions on preventive measures against aging and wrinkles. By prevention, I mean naturall effects, like food and actions, that we think are not as important as they actually are (for example, when we expose our skin to sun too much).
I would really appreciate useful advices!

To feel and look young. It is more in your hands than you might think: many small things have bigger influence than natural process of aging.
If you want to keep your natural beauty and tightness, use preventive at time: choose the right food, do not smoke, use sun cream and exercise. It might sound unbelievable, but this few methods really help.
Fruits and vegetables are a goldmine of antioxidants and have big effect on longevity. They include vitamins A, C and E. Antioxidants are fighting against free radicals, which attack and damage cell membranes. Proteins keep the life and genetic code. Fresh fruits and vegetables offer suiting amounts of calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, beta-carotene, folic acid and are low in calories. Important preventive effect is to ease with the amount of fat, sugar and intake of calories!
During summer give your skin large amounts of humidity, in winter give your skin UV protection.
Watch how you sleep, because there are also known so called sleeping wrinkles- this are wrinkles, which occur form specific sleeping positions. At first, those wrinkles occur when you wake up in the morning. But eventually (if you sleep in this position constantly), those wrinkles become more evident.
And another types of wrinkles are ‘happy’, ‘sad’, ‘angry’, ‘worry’,… wrinkles. My suggestion is: try to express your feeling more with words than with your face and mimics. Take care your ‘facial reactions’ are not too evident because they have effect on collagen and elastic fibres.
If you play by this rules, I am sure you'll keep your youthful look!
